DETAIL

Handling of Allergies and Dietary Preferences

"We kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies or disliked ingredients at the time of booking,

and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

However, please note the following cases where we may not be able to accept your reservation,

as they could compromise your health and safety:

- Extensive fruit allergies  
- Wheat allergies  
- Dairy allergies  
- Egg allergies (while we can avoid using eggs as a main ingredient, trace amounts may be unavoidable)  
- Gluten allergies or requests for gluten-free meals  
- Vegan diets  
- All meat exclusions  
- Peanut or nut allergies, especially if cross-contamination must be strictly avoided  
- Soy allergies, including complete exclusion of soy-based condiments like soy sauce or miso  
- Inability to consume fish or kombu dashi  

Additionally, if multiple items require removal, we may have to decline the reservation.  

Requests made on the day of your visit cannot be accommodated.

Please ensure all members of your party confirm their dietary requirements in advance.

For pregnant guests, we are happy to accommodate specific requests with care."

Additional Restrictions​

**Guests with Children**: We warmly welcome guests with children.  

**Dress Code**: None. As the restaurant is reserved exclusively for your group, feel free to dress as you like.  

**Fragrances**: No specific restrictions on perfumes or body creams.  

**Photography**: Feel free to take photos. We kindly ask that you do so promptly to ensure your dishes are enjoyed at their optimal temperature.  

**Minimum Party Size**: We regret that we cannot accept reservations for single diners.

Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy**  

- **7 to 3 days prior**: 50% of the course fee per guest  
  (No cancellation fee if rescheduled within one month, limited to one reschedule with at least 3 days’ notice.)  

- **2 days prior or on the day of reservation**: 100% of the course fee per guest  

For cancellations or changes in the number of guests, please notify us as early as possible.  

Reductions in party size are not subject to a cancellation fee if made at least 3 days in advance, provided the group remains 2 guests or more. After this period, the standard policy applies.
